I love my new bathroom, it’s fully functional and everything I wanted it to be years ago. Chad was polite and clean, he answered any questions I had and always explained what they would be doing and made sure I inspected everything when it was done. I couldn’t be happier. My plumbing was updated in that area and looks great. Water flow is perfect with no trapped air and everything is up to code. If you need a remodel and want it done right, this is the place to call. This is the second bathroom I’ve had done by Vern Kummer’s and I’m happy with their care and craftsmanship. Maybe it takes longer than a rebath but I know the job is well done and it won’t have a negative impact on my house in the future. I had everything up and running again within a week. Keep in mind I had new flooring installed and plaster work also.

Been a customer with Kummers for ~5 1/2 years now. Had our hot water heater start to leak Friday night. Called them Saturday morning to let them know about it. Not an emergency so we said we can wait til Monday. Monday morning 7am get a call, they can be here around 11am. Tech shows up at 11am 2 hours later new tank and all installed. Still under warranty so 0$'s.
Fast, friendly and reliable service. Can't say that for everyone now a days. Highly recommend this company.

Great service & expertise. I purchased a water softener after meeting with another service company (Culligan). John showed me how he would install correctly (as a licensed plumber, which Culligan is not). The costs were comparable & I have the confidence the system & configuration I chose will work best with the expert install. He was also fast, thorough, tidy & respectful of me (working from home) & my home. Would highly recommend & wont hesitate to call Kummers again for any future needs!

Tony did an excellent job of explaining the situation. He was courteous and professional. Parts had to be ordered and he gave us a rough estimate of time and cost. It all went well.

Chad was our service tech. He was wonderful!! He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was also so empathetic to our situation and caring. These are traits unfortunately I don't see often anymore. We had water damage from sump pump issues during all this recent rain. Chad explained everything to us and did the needed install right then. Not only did he take care of that, we had a faucet issue in our kitchen and instead of us having to schedule another appointment, he did the repairs on that as well. We would recommend Vern Kummers very highly and they are definitely going to be our go to for any plumbing needs. Thank you Chad!!
