Even though the final bid was slightly higher than competitors, we choose Hockers because we felt they'd do the best job. We are very happy with the new water heater/softener and laundry repairs. Jason was the plumber technician that came to our house today. He was very professional and very upfront which I liked. He was not pushy like some of the other companies. He gave us a very good estimate and he answered all our questions. Brody was the electrician that came. He was very professional and very upfront. He gave very detailed information. We had a fantastic experience! Our electrician Charles helped us with a tricky 4-way dimmer switch in our kitchen, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly. It’s always refreshing to work with someone who is not only great at what they do but also genuinely pleasant to have in your home. Brandon, is a positive asset for Hocker Plumbing! While doing some work at our immediate neighbor, we reached out and inquired if he could review a leaking water shutoff valve in our crawl space. Upon review he said once he was done next store he would resolve/replace our leaking shutoff valve. Which he did, quickly and cost affectively! Then he patiently reviewed several other plumbing concerns we had and provided onsite consultations and estimates, with a written estimates via email. He is knowledgeable, courteous and an experienced on hand representative for Hockers Plumbing!
