Terrible customer service, wouldn’t even give me rough numbers on a fairly basic construction project to see if they were in the same ballpark as the other companies around the area. Wouldn’t return my calls or emails for clarification on anything, wanted thousands of dollars to begin the rough bidding process or even continue communication. Plenty of other legitimate companies around the area that will work through the preliminary planning stage with you and get to a point of understanding on what the overall budget will be. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Number one was the care for our needs and quality of work performed were top notch! Schedule was for the most part kept on target and sub contractors managed well. Clean up was excellent on a daily basis making daily life more manageable during remodel process. Overall communication was great only had one hiccup regarding the plumbing fixtures but was resolved professionally. We would definitely recommend Deleers for any construction project and would keep them in mind again for any of our additional projects.

We had DeLeers come out to look at a small remodeling project. At the appointment, we discussed budget and ballpark estimates, and Brian felt confident we’d land roughly in the $20k range. He used phrases like “on the high side” and I can’t imagine it being more than that,” and made us feel assured that our budgeting was appropriate. Given that, we agreed to a deposit of $250 for him to go ahead with a formal quote, per company policy. When the proposal came back, it was $45K, which is more than double what we had discussed. While I understand that quality work and materials are costly, I don’t understand how his verbal estimates were so grossly inaccurate, especially when he said he’s been working there for 18 years. While I understand the deposit was intended to cover his time in gathering the estimates, and that he “doesn’t work for free,” a large part of his job is properly estimating potential costs for potential clients, and he did not do that. We agreed to the $250 deposit based on incredibly inaccurate numbers, and when I requested our deposit back, we were denied (twice.) While I don’t think it was his intention to be deceptive, we felt swindled out of $250. I was very disappointed that they weren’t willing to refund us.

We had DeLeers do our basement remodel in De Pere, WI between June and Sep 2024. From start to finish they were FANTASTIC and I could not recommend them highly enough. We had about ~1700 sq ft redone in the basement and it included a bar, bedroom, bathroom, living area, bunk area, play room, closet and workout room.
DeLeers exceeded expectations in every area. Their respect for our home and our project were evident throughout and they made the process very easy. The final product is fantastic and exceeds our expectations.
