Zeise Construction is a wonderful company to work with. They do an excellent job communicating and keep us up to date on where our project is at. They are hard workers that work great as a team. I highly recommend Craig Cornell. He is honest, trustworthy. If I have questions he gets back to me in a timely manner. The other person I would like to point out on their team is Rod Sasman, he is so knowledgeable, kind, and is always looking ahead for issues that might come up that were not expected. As the project manager for our company, I have worked with this team for the past 8 years.
Continued Success!

Zeise Construction was great to work with. They helped every step of the way through the construction process. The best part is the company supports you even when the project is complete through being available for questions. The communication was top notch and you get honest answers.

As a fitness franchise owner, I’ve used Ziese to build both fitness studios. We enjoyed our experience with them so much during the first build out, that we didn’t even get a second quote for our second studio. They are priced so fair and they are honest and up front about the cost and work to be done. Craig is incredible. The back office is so responsive and helpful, too.
The people that work at Ziese make it the best construction partner, but the work they do is just as great. The team works hard to give you the space you desire, they don’t cut corners and they are as invested as you are in the space. They go above and beyond everyday.
And the best part?! They stay on time! Both our projects were done early.

Craig and his team of contractors were so AMAZING to work with the first time, we went back for our second project and have them on standby for future opportunities!
The entire team was responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable! From a concept thought to construction completion and beyond, Ziese has been a team we can count on and trust!
10 out of 10 - Would Highly Recommend!!

I have worked with Zeise Construction on many projects for more than a decade. From the office to the field, they are always professional, have high quality standards, and are problem solvers. Zeise takes a lot of pride in their projects and I always enjoy collaborating with them. 5 stars all the way!
