Wish I could give them negative stars. I had a ton of issues with them and nothing has been resolved.
First issue you can never get ahold of anyone, if a message is left they never call back.
Second over a year ago I booked a new patient cleaning appointment online. I then called to clarify I have a partial and the provider I was scheduled with could help. I get to my appointment, not only did I not get my teeth cleaned the dentist I was booked with indeed did NOT deal with partials. When I asked the dental tech she explained “we don’t know what level of cleaning you need.” I stated to her that didn’t make sense that’s what I booked my appointment for. A basic cleaning and if more was needed I could always come back. She stated the same thing and asked if I understood. I said no I don’t understand and her reply was “just go with it”.
After wasting a half day of work, I was told I’d have to see a specialist for my partial that would cost me $165 just for that appointment.
So naturally after some time I booked the appointment for the specialist consult. After the appointment was over I was walked to an individual who was to give me an insurance quote. She stated her system was down and would email me a quote. Never received it. Have been calling for months and can never get ahold of anyone, not even management.
This is the most unprofessional and unorganized establishment I have ever been to.

SUPER, SUPER Thankful For and Impressed With Dental Associates Green Bay!!! My Tooth Extraction Was Much Easier Than Expected. Fantastic Assistant (and the One He Was Training), Fantastic Person at Desk Who Did my Admission, Fantastic Doctor Who Numbed Me and Then Did the Extraction!! Her Kind "Chair-Side-Manor" and Reassuring Words During the Procedure Really Made a Difference. :) You People are AWESOME!! Thanks Again.

After having been delegated to several hygienists, this week I was assigned to Marie. She was awesome. I hope she stays and I will be able to see her for my next appointment

My husband went to get his tooth removed second week of March as it was a baby tooth. They only removed half the tooth the remaining root is still in his mouth. Now we have to go to another dentist to pay additional $200-$300 to remove it when it should have been done correct the first time. Also this should have not been removed until the implant was ready as it voids any supplement insurance that we could have purchased to save additional money. I would at least appreciate to be refunded. Please avoid this place at all cost they don't know what they are doing and you will pay more in the long run.

I could not suggest this place even to my worst enemy. My wife who is already very anxious about her situation left confused and humiliated. Our insurance does support out of network , but she still was told it was pointless as the people basically told her they would charge her for the full visit. She was confused and was scoffed at. I called afterwards to find out what happened, and the experience was just as painful. Do not come here. Or hire new staff.
UPDATE: Generically claiming you are sorry about the experience and to call your office does nothing to help this situation. People need to know exactly what to expect. I hope it affects your business.
