Ive been dealing with some intense tooth pain. Only just discovered emergency dental appointments were a thing. I made one for the following day and I cannot say I have ever had a better visit with a dentist. Every single person there was patient and understanding with me. They talked me through things and made sure I was okay. They were amazing and while I did have to get a tooth pulled (which aas to be expected) not once did they make me feel bad for the state of my teeth. Dr. Elsa and the staff over all were wonderful to the point I switched to them fully after this. They truly are wonderful and now I have been able to sleep and not have so much pain. Im doing better than I have in a long time

I had the pleasure of speaking to a young man earlier this morning. He was so kind and helpful.. Full of knowledge, giving me a smile and hope. Thanks,my appointment was on time and speedy. My new doctor so gentle with my case. I'm grateful for this team!!!

I’m scared of the dentist!!! But the way they were able to put me at ease and Make my visit almost enjoyable just blows me away!! Can’t say enough good things about the east side. Thank you again for helping me with my tooth pain and thank you for going out of your way to put me as ease. 10 out of 10.

Have been going here for years..started off going on the west side location..every once in a while you will be seen by a very gentle and empathetic provider but it seems they leave soon after and you will be placed with someone else. Most of the time my fillings have been done very fast. A few years ago the dentist fixing my teeth complained of his back hurting and had me hold the tools for him because his assistant was not available. Those were poorly done fillings, which contained chips and cracks. I had another provider numb me and get straight to drilling without giving the Novocaine even 3 minutes to set in, also leaving large gaps when filling my tooth that food gets caught in. This most recent appointment orajel was not used before sticking me with the Novocaine shot, instead he just counted down waiting for the shot to kick in..didn't use an overhead light, didn't fill my tooth completely and didn't file it down so there's uneven bite. I am at home now and can't be seen for days, not able to bite down or eat food without pain and scared to even brush my teeth or go back.

Never submitted a referral to see a dental surgeon and will not answer the phone to clear up situation. I was also billed additional amount due to technician not being able to take proper X-rays so insurance didn’t cover all the additional X-rays that had to be redone due to errors on technicians part. Would not recommend!
