They have serviced me twice now, and the reason I am recommending them is because of their honesty and integrity in doing business. A few years ago I was seeking an AC installation at an investment property, in which I had already invested a lot of money in, they provided a quote that I was hesitant with but they worked with me to get me an affordable option.
More recently, the basement flooded due to a sump pump failure, and another company came by and told me I needed to replace both the water boiler and furnace, and proceeded with quotes. I called Bay heating for a second opinion because of the positive experience in the past; Dave came out and did a quick diagnostic and turns out, I do NOT need a new furnace. He went above and beyond and got the furnace working again! He saved me thousands by doing his due diligence instead of trying to upsell me like other companies. I’ll always trust Dave at Bay Heating Service!

Bay Heating Service (specially Dave Drews) is hands down the absolute best service company I have ever had the pleasure of working with since becoming a home owner. The kindness, professionalism, thoroughness, how quickly they were able to get me in, and desire to truly help was such a blessing. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this company and service tech. I will never use anyone else but them for any future hearing and cooling needs!

Dave at Bay Heating was amazing. We received another bid and it was overpriced on an average furnace and air conditioner. We got a top of the line furnace and air conditioner at an outstanding price. I would highly recommend using Bay Heating. Dave provided excellent customer service and even came and installed it while we were on vacation. Then took the time to come back and go through the model we purchased. Awesome!

We highly recommend Bay Heating for their professionally, speed of delivery, and price point.
My wife and I recently purchased a house that had a furnace previously serviced by Bay Heating and decided to have AC installed this year. We contacted Bay Heating and several other local companies and we were impressed by the customer service, price point, and quality of the Bay quote and subsequent installation. Dave oversaw the entire process, including helping with many minor aspects along the way. We highly recommend Bay and plan to continue with them for any future needs!

Installed a mini split with these guys a couple years ago. Dave was very helpful and did all the measurements to spec the correct system for our needs and it has performed better than I honestly expected. I also liked the after install communication of any questions you might have.
Dan was one of the installers and has been here a couple times for maintenance of the mini split, he is very knowledgeable of the product and always here when they say they will be.
I would highly recommend this company for any size job you have because they wont let you down.
