My dad‘s furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days this winter. I called multiple different companies for service, and started to worry as everyone was booked until the next day late in the evening.
I called Apex Heating and Cooling and spoke with Connie. She was very genuine, empathetic, and she went above and beyond to get us on their schedule. We were able to get a technician same day, after hours.
Our technician JT was awesome. He got right to work, found the problem. The thermostat needed to be replaced.
JT was very professional and empathetic to our situation, most of all he was very patient with my elderly hard of hearing father. He explained everything very thoroughly. Their parts warranty program is excellent. And he made sure to apply their senior discount to our service, as well as explain their veterans program they partner with called Operation Cold Snap. What an awesome program for our military veterans!

I called Apex for a furnace issue yesterday morning and was greeted by a very nice woman that understood my situation, reassured they could take care of us, and worked around our busy schedule to ensure a prompt visit. SAME DAY.

Everyone at Apex was very helpful and professional. They helped keep my old ac unit and furnace going so I could get the most life out of them before replacement was needed. I have now had new systems installed by them and so far I am very happy. Apex is a good local company and I would recommend them to anyone.

We came home and our furnace was not running. We called Apex 11 PM and they were here within 2 hours. Technician Kyle did a great job helping us with our furnace, he quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. We have a 20 year old furnace and we were nervous but Kyle made the experience so easy. Thanks Apex and Kyle for helping us in the middle of a cold winter night.
