I absolutely love iElegant Nail Salon! The prices are great for the quality you receive. The service is always professional and welcoming. Even with an appointment, there can be a short wait — but that’s expected because they are that good and in high demand. It’s definitely worth it!
The pedicure was extremely clean and relaxing. The nail art is unbelievable — better than anything I’ve seen. I’ve been to many salons all over Green Bay, and this pedicure service and the options they offer are by far the best for the price.
I also love that their gel is guaranteed not to chip, and if it does, you can come back and they’ll fix it at no charge. That really shows they stand behind their work.
Very professional environment — no loud talking among staff, just focused and quality service.
I’ll definitely be back before my next vacation!

I had my first visit at iElegant Nails Spa and I will definitely be back! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Even though there was a bit of a wait, it was absolutely worth it. They really take their time and pay attention to every detail.
My nail design turned out even better than the picture I showed them — I was beyond impressed! You can tell they truly care about quality and making sure you leave happy. If you’re looking for beautiful designs and great service, this is the place to go!

Excellent and efficient work! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were kind enough to accommodate my walk-in request for a dip powder manicure in 30 minutes even with an already busy salon.
Plus, once when I had a chipped nail they figured out how to match the unidentified color and fixed the nail with no charge! Terrific customer service. Will definitely go back again and again and continue to recommend iElegant to friends!

Absolutely love it here. The staff are very detailed and thorough- I never rushed. They also strongly encourage you to speak up, especially when they are shaping your nail. They want to make sure you are happy with the service. 10 outta 10

I'm a 63 y.o. guy. Went to IElegant for my first pedicure attempt in my life to remove dead heel skin. After they finished, I got home and after my foot had dried, and while inspecting, there was a ton of skin left behind that wasn't removed, ragged and nothing smooth. I called Tips 2 Toes Nail Salon down the street on Main, and asked if I could come in for a 2nd opinion. The ladies there said IElegant didn't do a very good job. So I let them make a second attempt. I was amazed with the pile of dead skin they removed. I walked out of there with almost baby butt smooth heels. I attempted to voice my concern with the service I received at IElegant, worst $45 I ever spent. I couldn't give them 0 stars or I would have. Do not recommend. (In addition: IElegant did not know this was my first pedicure. This was simply routine according to T2T. What I do know is I did not have irritation/infection after leaving Tips2Toes but I sure did have all the dead skin removed from my heels. I requested reimbursement in lieu of a review.)
