I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and also ended up needing new brakes. I was contacted and told about this. The manager was very nice and explained everything and never did anything without my consent. I truly appreciate the fact that they went above and beyond to help me out!

Great service! Brought my vehicle in for a second opinion on issues I was having. They worked with me to find the problem and got it taken care of. Driving great so far. Will return for maintenance when needed!

It took a few days to get in, but I got good customer service while at my appointment. I don't think anything went significantly wrong, but they did not have the oil filter I needed in stock and had to get one delivered to them. So, the appointment took longer than expected. Only an issue at all because I was doing it during my lunch break.. Having said that, I would still definitely be okay going back to them.

I went in because my brakes were making noise. They were quick honest and very kind when explaining to me why. Turns out I didn’t need new brakes and they could have absolutely lied to me and I would have believed them!

Been here on two occasions so far, and had great experiences both times. For anything I'm not doing myself, I go out of my way to schedule my work here, and at this location specifically.
The first was an old wheel bearing that was going out. I was going to install it myself, but temps were below zero all week, and I really needed to get this done. They had no problem with me bringing my own part in, service was quick, and I enjoyed chatting with the folks there. What stood out is they also told me about a few issues that I may want to keep an eye out for in the next six months or so (front struts getting old, brake pads low), but made it clear that I don't need to do them now, and encouraged me to do these jobs myself if I wanted to because it would save me quite a bit of money.
Even since moving to new management, I'm happy to report it's still a great and honest group of guys there. I went in for some damage from a winter accident and found I needed control arms, tires, and a wheel. They took the time to show me the damage and explain why each part needed replacement. While I had to wait a bit for the parts to arrive, this is no fault of the shop and to be expected, and the work was done very quickly once the parts arrived despite being one of the busiest times of year. Several parts of the work were also discounted, reducing the cost to me by about $400 total. They did everything they could to make a tough situation easier to swallow.
TL;DR: you can tell these guys are in it because they like what they do, stop in here and they'll get you right.
