Have been going here for years. Customer service is fantastic. Each person we have interacted with has been very helpful which is much appreciated. Had an issue with our battery and they were able to get us in right away to help us out. Would definitely recommend!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and also ended up needing new brakes. I was contacted and told about this. The manager was very nice and explained everything and never did anything without my consent. I truly appreciate the fact that they went above and beyond to help me out!

The two guys at the front desk area were extremely nice and helpful. I felt very welcome and felt like my questions were answered. They were very patient with me, as I know nothing about cars, and they tried their best to help me understand.

We live in Milwaukee and were on our way to Door County for the weekend. The day before we left we had gone to Midas in Glendale, WI for an oil change. En route to Door County our Engine Under Cover came loose. We called ahead to the Midas in Green Bay and talked to Andy, the manager. He allowed us to stop in without an appointment and took care of it immediately. He said we were missing most of our attachment crews which we were stunned the Midas who did our oil change hadn't mentioned. Andy and his tech replaced the screws which were missing and secured the cover. We had a great experience with Andy and his tech in Green Bay. We can't thank them enough.
