Great experience, they got us in and out super fast. We’re very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of advice to keep our Ford Explorer in good working order. My wife found a 25% off coupon using my Veterans ID which was really nice.

I stopped in on Sunday 5/ 17/26 with a low oil alert.
The staff was extra! Extra courteous, extra listening, extra explanation, just a great experience. In and out in 10 minutes. Hats off to those 2 gentlemen, I'll definitely be spreading the word for this location.

I went to Take 5 at 5:00 pm on a Wednesday and did not get out till 7:45PM. I was told I needed an air filter but then they didn’t have one. Then I was told if Inran down street and bought one they would put it in. The caveat being I need to be there by 8:00. Hard to buy an air filter and be back in 15 mins. Then I received my paperwork and it said I had tires checked when I asked about air pressure they said oh we didn’t check that. Paperwork says changed oil filter. Never did. Ask says oh that’s a typo. So 2 hours 45 mins to get an oil change and not even get what needed done complete.

If I could zero stars I most definitely would! Glad I chose not to get my oil changed there. The young lady was nice at first but just wanted to argue, even after I had my husband in the phone. I wanted her to explain to my husband why she would only offer me full synthetic 020. She only repeated it’s what’s recommended. However, it’s not what we’ve put in it before and she kept arguing we were wrong. I said just let me out of the bay. She has a nasty attitude and after reading other negative reviews it seems like she is the only one.
*called the service department at the dealership I had my oil changed at before. We were correct the oil I requested was what the manufacturer put in my car and that’s what was used on my previous oil changes!

If you want a fast, reliable and super friendly place to have your oil changed, this is the place to go. I don't go anywhere else just because they checked off every box. They are straightforward and ask you if you want anything else checked on. either good or bad. They will show you the results.
