Service was fast and efficient. I was the only car at the time, and had four people all involved getting it done. Only two "issues," they were out of the regular synthetic oil so I had to pay for the most expensive option... yes, I had the choice to leave, but time was a factor; and after paying $100 for an oil change even with a $25 coupon and four people working on my vehicle, they didn't clean my windshield. Loss of one star for that.

Absolutely terrible experience at Take 5 Oil Change. They completely took advantage of me by convincing me I needed a coolant change when I absolutely did not. It felt like they were more interested in taking my money than actually helping with my car. The service was unprofessional, rushed, and honestly shady. Instead of being honest, they pushed unnecessary services and made me feel pressured into paying for something I didn’t need. Customer service was awful—dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly only focused on sales.
What made it even worse was when I called afterward and politely asked about getting my money back for the unnecessary service, they completely blew me off and basically told me “good luck with that.” That response alone showed exactly how little they care about their customers once they’ve taken your money.
I left feeling frustrated, ripped off, and like I had been scammed. I will never be going back and would strongly warn others to be careful here.

The staff is well managed and great. Always in and out quick and they’re professional and courteous. It really is first come first serve even if they ask us to switch lanes. Given a choice I’d always go to this location.

Was a little upset they didn't take my 50% off coupon, however, they told me the prior service ziptied my undercarriage coverup and lost the push pin.
Which Jiffy lube Messed up and didn't tell me.
I will continue with this Take 5 next change.

This is going to sound silly but everytime I visit the take 5 in Ashwaubenon, I am absolutely floored on how kind the workers are, how efficient everything is ran, and the fair prices. I am not very familiar with cars and their inner workings and I have never once been made to feel silly or dumb for not understanding something. The oil change before my most recent visit, I went to a car dealership and they didn’t correctly place something (something that I do not understand lol) when they changed my oil and take 5 replaced it for me free of charge. I have recognized the worker Dylan my last few visits and he is always very kind and helpful. I also enjoy that they have a system that they scan your car and know automatically what oil to put in your car. Overall, absolutely recommend take 5 in Ashwaubenon. Phenomenal employees, kind and quick service, and good prices:) they also one time gave me a 20% off coupon with an air freshener!
