They don't return your phone calls. They messed up my glasses and had to send them back. Now it's probably going to be another month so 2 months that I am wearing my old glasses that are wrong prescriptions. I don't understand how a business can run without good customer service. Very disappointed. Only went because my insurance. I understand they're busy, but so are the customers. We have lives as well.

I went here for an eye exam and to order new glasses. The person behind the desk was very friendly and knew what he was doing. The eye doctor was also very thorough and was very knowledgeable. I am prone to anxiety attacks, but I felt calm and everyone was very nice. After my eye exam, I picked out a pair of frames and ordered them. Overall I would definitely recommend, everything went smooth and I will definitely return and tell me friends. Thank you,

Wasn't outright horrible but was very unprofessional and I didn't appreciate the doctor was rude and off-putting. No privacy either while sitting in the waiting room could hear from the door being open in the eye exam room, everyone's medical history and private information like birthdays and names. Everything felt chaotic and like the employees were all new or didn't know exactly what to do. The customer service from the people at the front desk was good though!

Today started off amazing. I met a beautiful soul by the name of Kathy who was very compassionate at helping me with what I needed❤️ her customer service in spirit was amazing at the Green Bay office! Highly recommended

Had an appointment at 10 am for my sons glasses. Doors are locked. No one around. Definitely do no recommend. It would be different if I didn't have to drive 45 minutes to get here. Especially since the appointment has been set up for 3 days. Poor customer service.
