Scheduling was incredibly easy, having the option to schedule online or over the phone, the process was smooth and convenient, with plenty of appointment options available. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient, making check-in quick and stress-free.
What stood out most was how friendly and helpful everyone was. The overall atmosphere was professional but still very personable, which stands out.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Christopher Smith for about three years now, and every visit has been a great experience. He always takes his time, explains things thoroughly, and makes me feel very comfortable. I also had an amazing experience with the optician, Josh, he was extremely polite, humble, and patient, especially when I had some issues with my insurance. He walked me through different lens options and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Great doctor and receptionists. Sometimes Ill swing by just to get my glasses adjusted and theyre always so kind. Theyre great at answering questions from vision problems, to insurance payments and even help you pick out frames. I always feel welcomed and heard at my appointments.

Great place to go if you want top tier treatment. My eye doctor was so patient with me and explained everything so clearly. I really appreciate the care that he takes explaining my test results that deal with diabetes. It makes me feel extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend Pearle Vision to everyone.

I didn't buy my glasses there but they adjusted them for free anyway which I really appreciated! I had purchased them out of state so there was no way to go to the place where I bought them. Great customer service. When I need new glasses I would definitely come here!
