Tried out modern eyes in Howard, and I will never go anywhere else. Everyone there was so nice and so friendly. Dr. Kyles is the best. The tech and office staff are also so wonderful, helped me pick out my first pair of glasses when I had no idea what to choose. I can’t say enough good things about them!!

Ist time at this office. Just recently moved to WI from CA. Received a recommendation from our Daughter. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very easy and quick to get appointments for my husband and myself. We will return next year for a yearly eye exam. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed-I’m struggling with severe Astigmatism. my prescription has been constantly changing, working with a vision therapist. This Friday I left my glasses this location around 215pm , I didn’t realize that they close at 3 PM. I told the receptionist I’m gonna pick my son from school and be back. The receptionist was kind however did not remind me of early closure at 3 PM. I arrived at the location to pick up my glasses at 3:11 the location was closed completely. They did not even bother to call me and then on the top they’re closed on Saturday and Sunday, which is so bad I have no idea which businesses are closed for so long. That is my only pair of glasses. I have no idea how I am going to work through this weekend. I’m totally disappointed in their professional professionalism. I realize that I should have read that of the well, but sometimes when you’re in hurry, you do not read that and can skip it and a reminder from a receptionist who specifically knew that I’m going to pick up my son and be back would have been appreciated.
My overall experience in the past, with the optometrist has been nice. How about the staff needs a little bit more professionalism better ways of communication in general.

Just had my eye exam and it was one of the most pleasant one Ive had! Willow (I believe that's her name) was a lot of fun to talk to, very kind and personable! Dr. Kyles was just as wonderful and was very comfortable to talk to! Can't recommend this one enough!

I stop in to have my eye glasses looked at since they were hurting my nose. Dennis (Optician) took a look at my glasses. He determined the nose pad no longer had the plastic piece but bare metal. He put a plastic piece on both nose pads. This resolved my issue. There was no charge for this service. Dennis was great to work with.
