Everything about Dame Salon feels so elevated and nourishing. I have high standards for service and environments and had been looking for "my" salon for quite a long time before finding Dame. I love my experience, I love the women (I've had my hair cut and styled by many of them, and have recently began coloring my hair with Madelyn, who has a huge heart, beautiful energy, and does incredible work), I love the ambience, the music, the space, the attuned service, the tea, the team, and - almost like an afterthought to my time spent there, although it's the whole point - walking out looking and feeling like a million bucks. Absolutely priceless! Thank you Maggie, Candace, Madelyn, and all of the other Beauties I am privileged to spend time with every four weeks for my continuous beauty and identity up-level. I am so grateful, and I am naming and claiming right now that I am expanding myself into receiving a weekly blowout. And so it is. The best!! 🩷✨️🕊

I’ve been coming here for nail services with Rae, and she is so kind, sweet, and talented. The salon is clean and has such a welcoming atmosphere.
What really stands out is how caring everyone is from the moment you walk in until you leave. Three separate people checked in during my appointment to see if I needed anything, including the owner, who even offered to grab me a beverage. Everyone is always helping each other out, and you can tell they genuinely want you to feel comfortable and valued while you’re there.
It’s a really great salon and I’m always happy to come back!

The sweetest hair salon! I was greeted with a warm smile. Nicole took the time to truly listen to me and look at the photos I shared. Her calm nature and gentle instructions made me feel confident. I am so excited to return for years to come.

I have loved everything about my experiences at the Dame Salon! Everyone is so welcoming, and all the stylists give 110% in everything they do. Right when you step in the door, you can tell that everyone is working hard to foster a team environment that allows each person to be their very best. There is something about the vibe, the music, the people, and the experience at Dame that makes going there so worthwhile. Not to mention, their stylists are top notch, and are so incredibly talented! I started going to see Bailey after a referral from my friend, and I am so glad that I did. I’ve never been happier with my cut or color. I always feel so relaxed and at peace after going to the salon, and the pampering and attention that you get is honestly worth every penny. There is nothing more valuable than having someplace to go where you can get a chance to recharge and unwind from the stress of everyday life. The Dame Salon is nothing short of being a retreat (conveniently located right here in De Pere)! Keep up the great work, ladies!

I’ve seen Sydnie for manicures and Raelynn for pedicures at Dame Salon and I absolutely love it! They both do such a wonderful job, and the whole experience is relaxing and comfortable. I love the energy at Dame and you can tell they care a lot about their clients and the services they provide. Everyone here is so kind and uplifting. Would definitely recommend!
