I do not have enough accolades to express how please I am with my experience with Mr. Appliance’s service! Once I contacted them about my oven needs they came within a couple of days. They had to order my part, which again only took 2 days. They came back to repair my oven that day. The repair workers were very kind and professional. Start to finish, my repair took less than 3 days! This was very important to me because I am hosting my family Christmas celebration this weekend. My oven works great and I am super happy.

We had a Bosch dishwasher that wouldn't power on. The service provider told me that the part that was broken had been discontinued. He spent some time searching for it but found it to be unavailable anywhere but said that even if it could be found, it would be a $600 repair. We opted to wait a few months and purchase a new dishwasher.
After our new dishwasher was installed (by a different company), we were talking to the installer who didn't know why we were getting a new one and he showed us the blown junction box, which was the ONLY problem with the old dishwasher. This is a $20 part that is readily available. Very unhappy to have paid close to $200 for a misdiagnosis of an inexpensive and basic repair, plus then nearly $1,000 for a new dishwasher delivered and installed that we didn't actually need.

Mr. Appliance and Michael showed outstanding professionalism and genuine enthusiasm while helping me with my garage fridge. Michael was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and communicative throughout the entire process. Since purchasing the fridge, it had ongoing issues, and despite long waits for parts and multiple repair attempts, Michael consistently took the time to explain what was happening, offer guidance, and ensure I felt supported every step of the way.
Because it’s a Hisense fridge, getting parts was difficult, and several other appliance companies in the area refused to service it. Michael and Mr. Appliance were willing to take on the challenge and ultimately provided excellent service and follow-through. I truly appreciated Michael’s dedication and professionalism.

The appliance repair man, Michael arrived on time and repaired my dishwasher in a timely manner. He was easy to talk to, and explained about a particular part. He did not leave any kind of a mess.
