Your company and employees have made an impression on me. I had previously received service on a different vehicle over 2+ years ago and felt heard, respected, and appreciated the transparency of what to expect with my old Sebring. I was not from the area so I had not returned for regular business. Now that I have moved to the area I was reminded of that precious experience. The ease of making the appointment, timeliness to receive services, the ability to use a loaner car, the transparency and clear explanations for what needed to be done and why and with how much it would cost without being pressured, the efficiency of the front desk checking in and out - all were outstanding. Side note- I witnessed the interaction of another customer and how the service tech checking them in was asking the right questions to be able to save the customer money. 💪🏼

This was my first experience with Auto Select and was a result of a suggestion by a friend. I knew what tires I wanted installed and they were available in stock. Tony was very accommodating in working with me to schedule the installation. Everyone was friendly and upbeat. I liked the coffee too. LOL

This was my first time using Auto Select. Making an appointment with super easy and I could do it online and I got an appointment very quickly. I needed my headlights restored and they did an excellent job. My headlights look brand new! The employees were very friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Great job again from Josh and all from Auto Select on Oneida Street. Helpful customer service and short turn around time for my car service. Every time I go there, I learn about a new car part on my ' ride or die' 26 year old car.

I highly recommend this shop. The staff is fast, knowledgeable, and professional. Excellent and fair pricing. They truly know their craft, and despite being busy, they take the time to explain everything thoroughly in person or over the phone. Their honesty and integrity really stand out. I brought in my 2001 Ford Ranger, which is stored during the winter and driven infrequently. After I noted the brakes felt warped, they could have easily sold me a complete replacement. Instead, they cleaned them up, restored them to perfect working order, and let me know the brakes still had plenty of life left. There was a similar experience with my AC where they could have taken advantage, but we're able to getting the system back in working order after catching my operator error in filling the freon. I could keep going, but to sum it up, they saved me a lot of money and future issues.
