I had no issue with the repair technician, but I was very disappointed with the customer service when I called the office.
I missed the technician by about 3 minutes because I was changing my baby’s diaper. I saw movement on my Ring camera, went downstairs to answer the door, but didn’t see a company van, so I assumed the technician had already left. When I called to ask if he could come back, the representative was very rushed and came across as condescending. Instead of listening to what happened, she interrupted me, spoke to someone else while I was on the phone, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.
A little patience and professionalism would have gone a long way, especially since I was simply trying to explain a misunderstanding. Thankfully, the technician did arrive he just parked out of view from the window but he did appear on my ring which is why I was confused if he left. He’s still here working on my dryer but I’m leaving this review just for the poor phone all I had. Will not be returning to this company as it is unfortunately unprofessional in communication skills.

Maytag washer not draining. Pinky came promptly at the scheduled time. Didn’t take long for him do diagnose the malfunction. Replaced the drain pump with no issues. Before long the washer is back in service. Great job Pinky!

This place is great all around, Jonathan is excellent as manager, Laura is fantastic in the Sales and Phone communication, and Cole came to deliver and install the machines and he was Also, exceptional, great to talk with and very knowledgeable and experienced with everything During the installation process. 2 Thumbs way up, highly recommended!

I highly recommend this business . Bought a gently used stove for my mother in law . A week later it had a small issue . I would have been happy them just handing me the part.. but no , they got the part and fixed it for no extra cost . Good honest people . We need more businesses around like this ! A+++
