Kristy made our refinance experience with our VA loan as painless as possible. She was prompt, reliable, and personable. My husband had a quick remote Army training in the DC Metro that popped up during closing and she worked around that. She really went above and beyond for us and we are very thankful. Prior to our pre approval meeting, she sent us the application questions, which made the in person meeting much easier and less time consuming.
Throughout the whole process from getting pre approved to closing, she was very quick to respond to messages and answered any and all questions we had.
