Dell’s Service Center did an excellent job changing the engine oil on my Porsche Macan S.
I had been taking my car to the Porsche dealership in Appleton for oil changes, but they were charging way too much. Dell’s Service Center did the same oil change for about half the price.
They also cleaned my air conditioning system, which I really appreciated. I do not know exactly what they did differently, but my car feels snappier than before. It honestly feels like the dealership was not doing as good of a job as they should have.
I am very glad I found Dell’s Service Center. I will definitely be going back there for anything my Porsche needs.

Mickey the service advisor and Jon the mechanic went above and beyond to fix our BMW after another mechanic was unable to complete the job. Very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating men and we are very thankful. Both also had a wonderful sense of humor which was the icing on the cake.

Fantastic team at Dell’s. Friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. The complimentary pick up and drop off services are a welcome bonus. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after my finicky Italian car!

Got a flat on a Friday after 4pm. Mickey was very efficient getting my car towed to the shop and even got it repaired by closing time. Very happy with the quick effort so I didn’t have to go the entire weekend without my car. Very friendly service, have always had a good experience here.

My normal mechanic quoted a price that I knew was too much for the job. Called Dell's and they were about $200 less than what I was looking to pay. Had one small hiccup that they immediately corrected. This place is about 90 miles from my home and was well worth the drive. My BMW is back on the road and running great.
