From the very first text message, I was very impressed with Dell's and their customer service. I started with an inquiry if they could work on a Tesla. And to my surprise, they could! It's very rare to find an auto shop without having to travel to Appleton, Milwaukee, or Madison. My car popped up a message for needing work on the high voltage system: battery fuse. I was particularly impressed with the care and customer service I received from Amber. She was quick with responses, inquired with her team for me, and was able to schedule me rather quickly. Communication was on point! The owner even asked if i wanted to see the part they worked on. Their courtesy shuttle was convenient as well. Excellent to have a place that can work on Teslas in Green Bay!

I was extremely impressed with everything about Dell's from how clean everything was to the first class feeling I got from every employee I interacted with. The service work was impeccable along with the follow through of my special requests. I will never have any concerns about bringing my Porsche to Dell's.

It was a pleasure working with Dells on my Mercedes vehicle. The technicians are well trained and Dells has the necessary software to work on our vehicle. It will save me trips to Appleton for dealer service at a more competitive price.

I have been using Dell's for service and repair of my BMW and Jaguar vehicles for several years. They provide excellent and courteous factory dealership quality service and repairs with reasonable prices. They maintain a very clean, customer oriented, well organized business. DJ and Mickey were helpful, friendly and informative throughout my repair work process. They were also instrumental with communicating with another car repair shop that was responsible for some of the repair cost, so that they could pay for their portion of the damage that they had previously caused. A positive experience for the less than ideal situation I was in!
