I have not personally been here yet. My grandson got the honor of a surprise bday party from them and another generous person that helped. He had the best time and the videos and pictures his mom sent with his smile said it all. We appreciate the memories you have made for our sweet boy that no one showed for his other bday except some smaller cousins. This has truly touched our family and we will make sure to visit every chance we get.

Was fun and will go again but we literally had to ask for help. Despite telling them we've never been there before, no information or help was voluntarily given.
They had malfunctioning equipment and minimal assistance with the instructions or issues. An employee also made a remark to their coworker about how the company needs better equipment.

Hosted my son’s 10th birthday at the Green Bay location. Excellent communication during booking process. Great space, staff was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire party. I was concerned about keeping everyone entertained since we had 17 guests (not including adults) but kids really enjoyed their time there, they didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend.

I don't remember his name but this guy so nice me and my mom were signing up and he was really nice about it I took a chocolate and then I told him it was my birthday when I was done playing on the VR he told me a funny joke and he was kind so I say you should go to this place more often he also let me take three chocolates so this place is a five star
