I also want to recognize the entire team. The assistants and clinical staff were friendly, respectful, and made me feel welcome. The front desk staff has improved a lot over the past year. In the past, I had some concerns with the reception area, but now everyone is much more helpful, kind, and professional. That positive change has made a big difference in my experience.
The office is clean, well organized, and the staff truly works hard to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. I appreciate the excellent customer service and the respect they show to every patient.

Very Clean and welcoming atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and seem to care about their patients. Very attentive and do an excellent job at identifying any underlying concerns and work with care to see that your teeth are at their absolute best. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been to Familia Dental a couple of times now, and every experience has been outstanding. Dr. Chavez is professional, friendly, and efficient. She made the entire process easy and comfortable, and I really appreciated that she went above and beyond to help me get the treatment I needed, even doing work that I believe exceeded what my insurance covered.
The entire staff is welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cares about their patients. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chavez and everyone at Familia Dental. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I have a lot of anxiety when I go to the dentist. They made me feel comfortable & worked fast as possible when treating my cavities. Greatly appreciated the dentist for her work & time. She was awesome.

My experience with Familia was good overall. I’ve been going there since I was a kid and never had issues with my healthcare. The only problem was that one staff member was rude when discussing my insurance processing with the nurse. Other than that, the visit was fine.
