Did a diagnostic A/C check on our VW and didn’t even charge me for their time. That does not happen anywhere! Totally trustworthy service center. Highly recommend.

The hatch on my Chevy Cruze hatchback stopped opening. After an hour of inspection, the dealership claimed it was an electrical issue and was going to charge me $650 for the repair. I decided to get a second opinion and am absolutely thrilled to have been guided to Gene's via ChatGPT! Total repair for the hatch .... $188 to remove and replace the liftgate lock activator! And then he gave me a synthetic oil change for $61.56! All staff were supportive and friendly. Customer for life here!! Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my Lexus RX350 tire pressure warning light, which comes on every time I replace its tires at Costco. Costco wanted to replace all of them for $240 and Gene's was able to determine which one of the four was failed and replaced that one for less than $80! This was my first time using Gene's and the experience was great!

They got me in on short notice when my diesel PU needed an oil change while I was passing through the area. Quick and friendly service, clean and comfortable waiting area, and at a reasonable price. Doesn’t get better than that!

My husband and I recently used their services to diagnose and repair an issue with my older Suzuki and complete a routine oil change on my husband’s F150. They were able to get us in quickly, very honest and communicative, and overall pleasant to work with. The vehicles are both running well and we plan to continue working with Gene’s.
