We took the kids here on our last day of vacation. It was our first time here and our younger 2 kids first trampoline park. The oldest kiddo has gone to another one in the past. We paid for an hour and they gave us a little over 1.5 hours of play! The guys working were super nice. I love how they let the kids know their playtime is over by announcing different stamps on their hands. Its such a fun and cute idea. They go around with a megaphone and announce which stamp design is done with playtime. Such a simple way to let kids of all ages know when time is up! They offer a variety of drinks and snacks there too! The toddler play area is monitored for big kids to make sure playtime is safe for the smaller kids. They have a basketball area, dodge ball area, foam pit with all kinds of cool things to climb on and across if wanted, an area to just bounce around, a "surf board" area, a spot to run and jump into a foam pit, a swing to jump off of into a foam pit, and a cool area where you can use foam "QTips" to try and knock each other off the platform and into the foam pit. It was so much fun! There was an okay amount of people there, but we came about an hour and half into them opening for the day. So the kids got to enjoy their play time without a whole lot of others around. At one point my youngest got hurt and the one worker must have heard him crying because he immediately rushed up to the platform to see who was crying and check to see if he was okay. He even offered an ice pack. It was such a fun experience and the gentleman there seem to care about everyone saftey overall and enjoy their jobs. Will come back on another trip!

It’s fun for our 4and5 yr old grandkids. BUT can hardly stomach the unkept condition of the place. Duct taped repairs, dust and dirt shows no cleaning for months, bathrooms smell like pee, carpet is wrinkled to point if tripping on it. Would be nice if some pride and care was put back into the place. Definitely needs some TLC. Understand if budget doesn’t allow for maintenance- no excuse! We’ll keep checking to see if there are improvements. Love the concept and this park.

It took so long to get checked in and I bought tickets online. I waited over 10 min and the check in area is not big at all. The area was not very clean, not many tables for all the people there and not big at all. They have a fan blowing cold air towards the people when you walk in. I understand drying the floor but the positioning could've been way better. My friend needed to be shown where the changing table was for her baby and the worker just let the door close on her instead of even holding it open haha definitely was not worth the drive. We had more fun out to dinner than we did at the park.

It was smaller than other trampoline parks we’ve been to which was disappointing for me but it was fine for the kids. My biggest complaint was the music. Not only was it loud but most of the music was heavy metal/acid rock that I didn’t think was appropriate for young kids. That being said, staff was friendly, they cleaned tables and the floor frequently even tho it wasn’t busy.

Get Air was a blast! It’s open to kids of all ages, even adults! And when you pay for the kids, you can add adults for just $5 each.
There’s a full indoor jungle gym play area with 2 slides and plenty of seating outside the netting for watchers!
There’s trampolines everywhere, foam pits with swing launches, climbing apparatuses, basketball and dodgeball areas, a snack area…there’s even a separate room for birthday parties!
