Employees told us there was no more bookings for the rest of the night so we went next door to throw axes where the guy booked us in & said they had room for one more group at 9 and that he said they probably just wanna get going home is why they told us they were fully booked. They didn't let us choose our room & then told us that that he could not show us the final answers because he wanted to close. It was pretty fun room anyways but because of the customer service we experienced I’ll spend $25 a person elsewhere the next time I come down.

This experience was painful. The riddles seemed more like random chance than logic. Some were unnecessarily complex and they provided no boogie board or dry erase board to write down numbers or to do math.
The worst was when it was admitted the room was improperly set up and the only chance we had of figuring out the riddle was by asking for help.
All the puzzles except 1 was done by locks. No originality by using different riddle mechanisms.
Escape rooms are fun. Highly recommend a different escape room than this one.

If you are thinking about going there DON'T! This was the worst escape room I have ever experienced. There were many issues with clues not making sense. We found out when we got out that they did not set it up correctly. His excuse, I was not the one who setup the room. Got.it, we could already tell you didn't care the second we walked in the door. Great success, high five. Lock up cell phones with a lock I can pull hard on to open by a door that is not monitored. There was so much wrong here that I could only cover the larger issues.

During room introductions, we were required to have our phones locked in a locker next to a side entrance door (did not look like a safe locker/lock). The room itself (Bank Heist) was locks only puzzles with one puzzle incorrectly set up in the room (admitted by worker that it was set up incorrectly). The clues to determine lock codes were poorly written and/or had multiple iterations (I.e. you need to use these four numbers, now figure out which of the 24 orders to put those numbers in). Nearly all movable objects had excessive dust/balls of dust underneath/behind. Multiple objects in the room (that desk in the back room!) were excessively damaged and ruined the aesthetic and/or just made the room look cheap. After we solved the room, the worker was underwhelmingly enthusiastic and put minimal effort into debriefing the experience. Last an observation and a question: we were there for about 1.5 hours on a Friday night (from 4:45 until 6:15pm) with three escape rooms available, and we never saw any other customers; why were there three workers and the owner (who was primarily over on the axe throwing side) being paid to be there for just one room for the five people in our group?

The Heist and High Noon room we did had quite a list of pros and cons.
Cons:
-The room is in disrepair.
Parts of the furniture and atmospherics are broken and things we thought were "clues" were just parts of the drawer/furniture that broke off. They left the broken pieces in the room instead of disposing of loose hardware.
-Puzzles
All locks and large numbers with math; no board to write on. Not difficult, just unnecessary, annoying, and a waste of time.
-The employees
Admitted to setting the room up incorrectly. You can look through a crack and see the final code to win the room. The employee stated "yes that happens sometimes. I didn't set up the room."
Pros:
-It's over.
-I have free will and can choose to never go back.
