My wife bought me a Christmas gift card three years ago for a two hour massage! Even though they knew me as I had been there for several visits, they refused to honor the gift card when I explained I had misplaced it. The women wouldn’t look at her records to see if the $200 gift card had been purchased. She explained it was just policy.
They never got another dime of business from me. A pound foolish decision as I get monthly massages.

I made an appointment to have a massage done at life spa this morning...it was the best experience I have ever had. I have got massages other places around green bay and de pere and nothing compared. Awesome people awesome place. I didn't know I could be so tight until it was all loosened back up. Thank you for the wonderful wonderful experience... I will be back for a longer time this time.

Janice is amazing! I called this morning because of a sore neck, they squeezed me in the same day and I left feeling great! Very proffesional and overall great service!
