I had a full body massage with Andre today he has some different pretty aggressive treatment techniques. Although in the moment they were not bad tonight my arms and back looks like someone beat me up severely bad I am bruised deeply. So just be cautious his technique might not be for everyone now I am going to have to wear long sleeves for next several weeks until all the bruising is gone. Would be great for people who need that deep tissue but not good for people who don't have a lot of extra meat on the bones.

Unfortunately this hasn’t been a positive experience. My best friend bought me a paid in full 6 month membership. Before my first appointment ever happened, they had to cancel shortly before my scheduled appointment due to a staff issue. Then my third scheduled appointment two hours before my appointment THEY had to call and cancel my appointment due to the same staff issue. Then ten minutes after my appointment time, that was canceled by them, I get a snarky call about me being 9 minutes late for my appointment. What? So disappointed and frustrated. This person wasn’t aware of the staff member calling me to cancel earlier due to my person I was scheduled with had to cancel me. I’m sure if I cancelled last minute that wouldn’t have went well. I have four sessions left. We’ll see how that plays out. Based on other reviews. Not anticipating ending well.

First time coming to massage envy. Staff was very inviting and kind. My massage with Paul was so amazing and relaxing. He listened to my problem areas (low back and legs from standing on concrete alot) and I walked out after 90 min massage feeling like a million dollars.

A wonderful facility. Laura at the front desk was kind and very attentive. She explained everything so well. I had josh for a 90 minute and he was fantastic. I recommend this place to anyone looking to relax!

First off, my wife and I have been to different Massage Envys at least 40 times including this location. We went in late January for my wifes birthday. She had Josh and said she would give him a 5 star rating. On the other hand I had David and was not impressed. About 50 % of time was either light pressure thru the blankets or adjusting blankets or walking away for lotion. Half way thru I almost called it quits, and I should have. Worst massge I've ever had.
When checking out I told front desk I was not impressed. The next day I called to discuss with manager instead of leaving a poor review. I was told she would call that day. Of course never did so thus my review. So a 5 for Josh, a 1 for David and a 2 for not returning a simple phone call.
