After reading nothing but excellent reviews about Moes I made my appointment. I haven't had a new pair of glasses in 10+ years and read about the excellent selection of frames here. I was greeted by some of the nicest ladies you'll ever meet when I walked in. Dr. Kevin was quick and courteous and a very kind man. The selection of glasses here is one of the best I've seen. The gals who help you with your glasses are fun and upbeat and made this experience even better. After leaving I called my fiancé, who then made an appointment and we both will be returning to Moes in the future for all of our optical needs!

My whole family and I have had great experiences at Moes, now Voss. My insurance has changed a couple times so the prices have fluctuated a bit, but that’s not their fault. Complaining about the prices, as others have done is stupid. Talk to your insurance company.
I will use them as long as my insurance covers my glasses.

I will not go back to Moes or recommend them based on my awful experience with the exam and their service. First, I had to get a second opinion from another Dr because Dr Voss did not take the time to figure out what was going on with my eyes. Then, they say they will replace your lens if they get scratched, but beware, they aren’t too happy to do that. It took approximately two months to get the new lens because their lab lost the order, then when the order finally came in, only one lens was ordered, so we had to start all over again. The lens aren’t as good as they say they are, I had to get a second replacement because of scratches, and I’m not a careless person. As I picked up my second replacement they made it clear I was not going to get another replacement, even though it was their own guarantee. After dealing with nothing but issues, I’m done, I refuse to go back.

Went in to get my eyes checked (annual exam) and order glasses as I needed a new pair. Receptionist was very friendly, but I felt that the optometrist treated me like I didn't know any better and talked to me like I didn't know a thing - and I am one who is quite knowledgeable with eye care as I have a higher prescription eyesight. I had even mentioned that I have been to eye doctors more than the average person, so I know my eyes very well.
Went to try glasses on and the lady who "helped" me pick out frames was rude, didn't say a word to me except that the ones I got to pick from were sitting in front of us, which I had no idea. Asked if any on the side walls were available, and she replied with "not unless you want to pay for it" in a snarky manner. She offered no advice as to what frames would work best with the lens that I needed, and did her own thing. Finally pick out a frame and got them ordered, came within a week. Went to try them on, and all the lady did was adjust them so they fit on my face.
Got home to actually try them, felt like I was in a fishbowl and couldn't hardly move in them, let alone try and walk in them - I felt like I was going to fall over. Got a bad headache as well, as I knew that that's not how glasses were supposed to feel (I've had glasses for just almost 20 years now). Called back and told them what was wrong, and their only solution was to wear them a little longer so I could get used to them and that they were possibly sitting on my face wrong.. Needless to say, I tossed this pair and went back to my old glasses.
I won't ever be coming back here, and can't wait until I can order glasses from somewhere else in two years when my insurance allows it again.

I am very happy with Dr Voss. His staff leaves something to be desired! I'm a Medicare recipient and was made to feel disdain from the woman who waited on me. Not only was there no friendliness, but I was told not to handle too many glasses, because they would have to be recleaned! She walked away and I felt like they wanted me out of there. Same thing when I got the glasses -very terse. No instructions on how to care for my new glasses, no cleaning cloth, and a very flimsy case. I didn't even get a copy of my prescription.
