Michael came check out my washer told me the price to fix it and said sounds of it also that baring were going so the part now to fix it was over 300 and with bearings could be up to 800. So we went route to get new washer and he suggested a LG and thats what we got will be delivered in a week. Thanks for the friendly people here came out fast to look at it called them yesterday would recommend this place to anyone and if I ever have any appliances that need fixing iam calling you guys. Thank you for your kind service and fast service much appreciated. Thanks.

I called them to come out and check our washer & dryer out due to a flood in our basement. They were very kind and accommodating. The repair man that came out was very knowledgeable and thorough. I will be recommending them.

Called Friday & he was able to come right away Monday morning. Was able to fix my fridge within an hour! Not sure what it cost as I rent but I really hope for my landlords sake, it wasn’t close to what a new fridge would’ve.

My experience with Mr. Appliance was not satisfactory. Although the technician was professional yet personable, his quote for repair was absurd. The quote he gave me was over twice as much as the second opinion quote I received today. Several times he suggested I am better off to get rid of my clothes dryer and the washer (which is not having any issues) and buy new ones. He gave me the appearance that he did not want the business of repairing my dryer. I cannot and will not recommend Mr. Appliance.

Outstanding customer experience! Nate was GREAT! He’s a pro! He answered all my questions, repaired the Dryer, cleaned out the exterior lint vent. All within a fair price. No need to look any further for an Appliance Repair service… Mr Appliance has my business from now on for sure!
PS The usual company I use couldn’t fit me in for another 30 days! My problem fixed within 1 week!
