They are nice to you when you are in the process of getting a loan or refinancing your current loan (of course), but if you ever become late in making your payment (even just one day late) they will call you up to 2-4 times a day, while also receiving text messages, and emails from them daily as well. Oh, and they will call your work trying to reach you that way also. I'm sure they're able to get away with calling this much legally but in my eyes, this is harrasment and should not be allowed.

I was told that I would receive a refund of around $3,300 if I paid my loan off early I would get the money back from the insurance premiums that I paid for through the loan. This was in 2019, and I recently paid off the loan and now have been told that I was lied to and will not be receiving any refund of the premiums that I paid for. They lied to get me to sign the loan documents. This place is a predatory lending company. I will never refer anyone to this One Main Financial Branch ever again.

Both Reva and Nicole take very good care of their Customers making things happen that almost all other banks can't.. sure you pay a little more interest, but if its something you really want, they can make it happen unlike everyone else. Highly recommend going here to start credit building or fixing.

I wouldn't apply for another loan. High interest rates & a admin fee. My last payment was only 60 dollars, yet auto pay still took out 160. I now play the waiting game for my 100 refund through the mail in the form of a check. They call you constantly to see if you want another loan, as you get closer to paying the loan with them off. Not worth it, feeds off desperate people in hard times.

They will rip you off. This place has crazy high interest rates. I wish I could go back 3 years ago and tell my self it would have been better to be homeless for a few months than to have signed such a contract.
I pay $300 a month and usually $100 of that is interest.
Ethically wrong to take advantage of people like this. I don't see how it is legal.
I wish I was a smarter man back then.
