I've been going here for a few years. The price good... better than many other places I have tried. They are always fast and do not try to up sell me on things I do not need. Plus you get a car wash included.

They clean the outside okay but for the interior they just wiped like the very least they had to wipe down. My 10 year old could've cleaned the dash and stuff better.

The only reason why I even gave two stars was because the guys who did my oil change were great. I paid to get my car full service. I paid extra to have the mats done as well as the whole car armorall'd and leather protected. I was so disappointed after I drove off and looked at my car. I even gave them each a large tip. I had to take it back around to re-vacuum it myself. The armor All had to been applied so sloppily that you could see streaking on my dash and doors . And armor All was all over my mirrors. I will never go to this location again. It was the poorest car cleaning I have ever had. I went to the Oneida avenue location and it was great. Oh and I forgot to mention that they still left my garbage in my car and it was only two wrappers.

Never knew how good I had it at Take 5 . Very disappointed in entire experience. Broke my glove box door. And replace cabin filter with nuts and leafs on top back in vehicle. I did choose not to change the filter. but you can at least dump the leaves and nuts off of the filter before putting it back into the vehicle so I spent a half hour digging nuts out of my heater fan. This would never would’ve happened to take five and I have no association other than I’m a customer of theirs. This was the first and last time I will be taken by you..

The car wash wound up damaging my rims on my new car. They swear up and down no damage occurred from their wash, yet I have 2 employees stating damage in the same area occurred in their cars on low profile tires. Yet they refuse to repair the issue without me putting in a claim on insurance. I even offered to switch rims and run it through to prove it was, if they would pay for the repair on that one. PDQ used to be good I used to tell everyone to go there. Not anymore, a brand new car doesn't just have marks on the inside of the rims with no other damage and fully stock suspension. If you have low profile tires beware.
