I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable the staff was at this store. The gal that helped my granddaughter and I find aquarium supplies was so kind and helpful! My granddaughter was disappointed that we couldn’t put fish in the tank right away, but your employee talked to her and explained her reasons so she could understand. I can’t sing her praises enough!

Store was great to shopin. It had everything that the Boss wanted, and all was priced where I could pay for it and not go home broke.

Called in the beginning of May to request a cockatiel they said it would be about 2 weeks. 3 weeks went by I called for an update. They said they called when it was available and left a message but i didnt answer so they gave it to someone else.I told them I didn't receive any call or message, he said let me check. Came back with we lost your paperwork took my information again said it would be about 2 weeks. It's now been a month called today and they said we aren't getting any anytime soon due to housing. Really disappointed I won't go here again

I got 2 bearded dragons. They told me they were 0-3 months old. Well the male was atleast 3 or 4 years old. I believe they sold me a sick bearded dragon. I went and spent over 300 dollars on 2 reptiles and 2 tanks and everything they needed. just 1 to die 18 days later. I called and they said the WARRANTY only 2 weeks, so there was nothing they could do.
PETCO needs to do better. This is unacceptable!

Great place staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful prices were great selection was good also everyone 9f the staff was super helpful and took their time to help out they special ordered us a sun conure and they kept us updated on the status even knowing we were 3 hrs away and the bird came in earlier then expected Sarah and Steven were super helpful as was everyone else
