Just went into PetSmart to look at their crested geckos for a potential adoption. Their built in terrariums are too high up for me or my 12-year-old to look into and we saw that there was a step stool right next to it so started pushing it over. A worker looked at us and said those are for employees only. I asked well how are we supposed to see them we are both too short. and he said "step on your tiptoes". We were both already on top toes. I am 5'1" fully grown in my 40's. He then said besides they're too far back you won't see them anyways and then proceeded to go about his business elsewhere. Very curious how people can properly pick out a pet to take home when they can't even see the ones offered to make a choice. Secondly for a worker to not even offer to show them is pretty sad or offer alternative solutions.. Either create a way for your customers to view inside of the terrariums, move them down l, offer to take them out into a area they can be viewed and maybe train the employees how to meet the customer needs. Needless to say we left.

My family and I were out for the day and stopped by. A Nice young lady named Ella had helped us out and was super kind and friendly. Even let us hold a ginny pig and told us about the animal itself and its personality wich was awsome to learn! Kotos to her!

PetSmart is basically Disneyland for dogs. I walked in to grab one thing and somehow left with treats, toys, and my dog acting like he just won the lottery.
Huge selection of pet supplies and the staff are always helpful. My dog now thinks we should go there every day… and honestly he might be right. 🐕🦴

I always have an excellent time here. The staff is friendly, the store is well maintained, and the self dog wash is great. The dog trainer is always so nice to my dog which helps us a lot because we are socializing her. A good team building spot to go with my newly rescued dog whom I am rehabilitating. Thank you!

PetSmart is the higher end of franchise pet stores. They've got the brand cat food I need, and offer lots of discounts. They've partnered with the local humane society, and often have cats available which is wonderful since they see more customers. Good variety of items. Not recommended to purchase an animal from them as the care for animals is often sub-par. Great option for toys, tank decorations, pet food and live plants.
