Some dirty tables in the dining area. A lot of food wasnt being refilled. The food that was up while tasted good, tasted like it sat up thete a good while. DO NOT come to this location if you plan to purchase new Arcade cards with credits on them online. Took them over 30 minutes to figure out how to get us an actual physical copy of the cards we bought. We came from out of state that is why I purchased them online.

I love Pizza Ranch!
The chicken is one of my favorite—so crispy and juicy! The pizza is great too, with a lot of different options to choose from. And don’t even get me started on the ice cream—so creamy and tasty! It’s also a super fun place for kids, with a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good buffet with something for everyone!

We got there at 7:15 pm. They close at 8. We were aware of that. The girl at the cash register told us upon paying “we close at 8”. Got it. We got our food and we’re eating quickly- Then the same girl came around gave us a 15 min 10 min 5 min and a 1 minute “warning”. It was very over the top and uncalled for. Made it Very hard to enjoy dinner. Consider letting your paying guests finish their dinner in peace. The cooks were still bringing out fresh food at the 10 minute “warning”. So clearly they aren’t all on the same page!
We’ve been there other time at this same time and never had an issue- but this experience will definitely keep up away in the future.

Pizza was good. Do not refill as fast. Fried chicken was overly fried. Maybe oil was old? Salad bar delicious. Went on Tues 7/14 after lunch time. Cashier not rude but not friendly either. As a matter of fact none of employees were. I called one of the workers cleaning up the tables like three times and she never turned to see what I needed just kept on walking. Certainly didn’t feel welcomed
Prefer Mason location.

The Chicken is my favorite. I asked to have a meat lovers pizza and they did and it didn't last long wit me and the guys. Only thing that was missing is the stuffing, it's hardly ever available it seems. I did enjoy the salad bar, nice selection to choose from. Overall a great choice for lunch today.
