Super clean location with friendly staff, lots of equipment, and plenty of parking.
They have a sign up that says "New Strength Equipment Coming Soon" and I asked what that was and was told a Hack Squat machine and some free-weights (which I would love if all the locations added some barbells and stand-alone squat racks and maybe an indoor turf with a sled).
Black Card club includes several newer tanning beds (stand-up and lay-down) as well as hydro and chair massage and red light therapy (hybrid and stand-alone).
Overall, IMO, it's 4.5. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is while it has lots of modern equipment, it does not include individual entertainment systems on the cardio and does not have all the amenities some Black Card clubs have (cold therapy, mediation pods). But overall, a very nice facility.

Their policy is to cancel in person and they will email you the cancelation documents...So if you do what is required for cancellation but they do not follow through on their end and never cancel the membership-You still owe. No refunds will be issued. They will not speak to you in regards to it. Billing will not refund with out the cancellation document. Regional Manager Gavin, do better. Train your employees, its not our fault you are failed to do your job. Yet we are the ones paying for it.

I really enjoy working out at this fitness facility. They have their place very ship shape and very well maintained. The workout equipments were very great condition, easy to use, safe, and have seen any issues at all. All treadmills are awesome and I can run fast without any stop issue. It was nice to see cleaning spray and rag to clean equipments after finish using it.
So many tv to watch on and variety channels. Great music background. The bathroom was well clean, no damage and never run out stuff (toilet paper, soap, and paper towel). Taking showers were nice and warm.
I love their staff I enjoy interact with them and very friendly people. Also, very helpful and really take care their customers. Great job!!
Nice massage machine.
The reason I give a 3 stars.
Cons 1: Everything was weight machine with a very few free weight like dumbbell. I really wish there were more free weight machine to use and keep me strong and built. aarrghh
Cons 2: It was very disturbing and awkward to see opposite gender come in to clean the bathroom. I mean come on.
All in all, I like this place and wish them the best. Im moving to different workout facilities.

Really was hoping to give a higher rating once the reno was done and returned a few days a week. I picked up another gym membership but there are a few machines I really like at PF. That being said, place looks awesome but could they have replaced the machines that were and still are chronically broken? Went to PF in FL 2.5 years ago and machines/weights were updated, definitely not what is here. I was told this place was 3rd busiest in state at that time. Tilting on an
uneven machine while lifting weight is not a good time. Staff and cleanliness are always 5 stars.

At Planet Fitness, Caesar was the manager—once beloved, now feared. He had built the gym into a thriving empire, but power had changed him. Rules grew stricter, prices rose, and the gym became less about community, more about Caesar’s control. Brutus, his trusted assistant manager, had long supported him. But as Caesar’s grip tightened, Brutus saw the spirit of the gym slipping away. Members were unhappy. Staff felt powerless. Something had to be done.
In secret, Brutus met with other assistants. “Caesar’s forgotten who this gym is for,” he said. “It’s time we take it back.”
The plan was set.
During a busy afternoon, Caesar entered his office to review the day’s numbers. Brutus followed.
“You’ve gone too far, Caesar,” Brutus said calmly. “The gym isn’t yours alone—it belongs to everyone.”
Caesar scoffed. “Without me, there is no gym.”
But Brutus wasn’t alone. Other assistants appeared behind him.
With a final nod, Brutus locked the system, revoked Caesar’s access, and removed him from power.
The reign was over.
The gym floor buzzed with renewed energy. Caesar was gone. And under Brutus, Planet Fitness returned to its roots: a place for the people.
