After several weeks of estimates, we had finally decided to repair our 1978 boiler one more time when Robinson was recommended to us. Dan called and was able to come out the same day to give us an estimate. It was almost half the cost of the other three estimates we had gotten and made it affordable for us to upgrade instead of getting another repair. He was extremely easy to work with, very responsive and treated us with respect and consideration.

In January 2026 had Robinson Heating and Cooling of De Pere, WI replace my existing radiant heat boiler, pump, valves, and control system, connecting the new equipment to the existing distribution system. The work was competitively priced. The installation team (Pat and Kevin) did a professional job and left the work area clean. At the conclusion of the on-site work, they took time to ensure we understood how each of the system components worked and what maintenance work should be performed on an annual basis. Following the installation, we received a followup call from the project manager to ensure we were satisfied with the project.

I'm not accustom to hiring someone to fix something I can fix but this time my furnace finally bit the dust and this is something you leave to the professionals. I bid it out to three local HVAC businesses and they were all fairly close. One fact I had going for me was that Robinson Heating & Cooling has a great reputation and they didn't let me down. In fact, they went above and beyond and I couldn't be more satisfied. Dan Conard started it off with the estimation and considered the fact that I installed two inline fans for the registers that provided the AC to the master bedroom at the farthest end of the house. Without these fans augmenting the flow it was never cool enough. Dan said he had just the team to do it "tomorrow". Troy Janiak & Kaden Foster were here bright and early. To avoid writing a book I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. This is not just a new furnace. It's a piece of air tight art work. Like looking at a beautiful sculpture. Some say "If you can't see it from Lambeau Field it's good enough!". I looked over this beauty with a fine tooth comb and I swear they used a micrometer to take measurements. NASA would be proud of this work...not kidding. BTW...the two inline fans I installed way back no longer stay on at all times. If the thermostat calls, everything goes on. And when it's satisfied the furnace and the two fans go off. NICE! Thanks gentleman!

I want to thank this team for doing such an amazing job for two of our church projects!!! Three take aways they blew us away: On time, On budget and Superb service. Shawn Alberts came out the next day and measured the project and delivered it in person in just a few days!!!! Everything fit perfectly!!!! UH-MAZ-ING!!!! I will definitely recommend you to everyone.
