Growing up in Green Bay, I never imagined I would one day own a Rolex or be able to shop here. When the time finally came and I was ready to make that investment, there was no question where I was going — straight to David, the absolute godfather of sourcing unique and hard-to-find models.

I have a rather inexpensive watch that I like. I have had it for years. The battery went out. I didn't know if Rummele's could change the battery, as it's not a brand they sell and I didn't buy it there. I went in and met with Andy. He was friendly and quickly took my watch back to their watchmaker. They were able to change the battery while I waited. The cost? It was shockingly low. I had assumed since they carry luxury time pieces it would be very expensive. To my surprise, I was wrong. They charged less than I have previously paid for the exact same service elsewhere. Truly the best experience I have ever had with a jewelry store. Thank you Rummele's and Andy! You are the very best and I will be back.

My experience at Rummele’s was excellent. I purchased my first Rolex from them and was helped by Chloe, whose professionalism and knowledge made the process smooth and enjoyable. The entire staff was courteous and attentive. I highly recommend Rummele’s for exceptional service, quality watches, and awesome people.

I recently purchased my first Rolex from Rummele's. I had an outstanding experience. Madeline, my salesperson treated me with amazing service from the moment I first walked in the door (in jeans and a hoodie mind you!) to the moment she helped size and set my new watch.
Madeline and the rest of the Rummele's staff made me feel right at home, when I was nervous about my first major jewelry purchase, as well as being super self conscious about being a "blue collar" guy in a Rolex AD.
They have a customer for life, and I will be sending anyone I can their way! I hope to go through this process again in the future when I am ready for my next Rolex!
