Stopped in for the first time ever and had dinner. The entire experience was amazing! The overall customer service was wonderful! The food and BBQ sauce was delicious! 11/10 would come back again! We had the Cuban Sandwich, Brisket and Sausage sandwich and tried the slaw, tater salad and beans for sides.

Do not judge a book by its cover! This local BBQ is a true gem in Greenbay. Husband had the bbq sandwich that was on special, I had the brisket mac wrap...both absolutely phenomenal (and we are picky when it comes to bbq). Tons of flavor, came out hot and a great value for the price. The house made sauces are so good too! Good beer selection (all cans). Service was good, we were seated right away. Absolutely recommend if you're in the area!

Green Bay was the 366th stop on a BBQ Odyssey now covering 35 states. T Bacon's is a BBQ gem that is hiding in plain sight. $33.76 + tip purchased a half rack of ribs, a mountainous sandwich (the Bellla), a large cup of coleslaw, and a refillable soft drink (Pepsi products). The ribs were top-notch, the meat adhering to the bone when picked up, but separating cleanly at the bite. They featured a balanced and tasty rub that doesn't really need sauce, although there are at least two on the table that will complement the meat. High end house made bacon and terrific brisket outshine the pork on the sandwich, and provolone cheese makes it all come together. Even the coleslaw is worth mentioning. It's that cold, palate cleansing bite that's ideal when moving between different meats. In sum, this 'cue joint is really worth visiting.

My fiancé and I went to dinner here on a Friday night. This is one of his favorite BBQ places in town, he often orders it for lunch during the work week.
One thing I didn't like was the parking situation. It look to be street only available parking, as you can see by the photos. When we were walking in, the entire place was ice and no salt or sand was put down. The restaurant wasn't too busy, some people were coming in for pick up. The tables were socially distanced and half of them were available for seating. Had a classic western BBQ type theme to it. Staff seemed friendly and got along good.
I ordered the Brisket Mac & Cheesy BBQ Burrito ($11.50) which was smoked brisket, mac & cheese, shredded cheddar and Smokey Bacon BBQ sauce stuffed in a grilled flour tortilla. I think someone might have messed up my order, because there was no cheddar cheese in it or BBQ sauce. I asked for BBQ sauce from the waitress bc the meat was plain. Overall it was ok, I wish they used a stronger cheese in the mac & cheese, for it was pretty plain.
My fiancé ordered his usual, the Bella ($12.50). This is a pile of pulled pork, smoked brisket, smoked provolone and smoked bacon served on a toasted brioche roll. He thought it was really good as usual. I had a bite, and I thought it was kind of messy to eat. If you are a fan of A LOT of meat, you should get this. They put a generous amount of brisket on the sandwich. Personally, I wish it was a little less bc it was hard to bite into the sandwich for it being so tall.
The pricing was accurate for the quality and amount of meat served. I would like to see possibly a half serving of a item served with fries for those of us who want to enjoy BBQ, but not such a large portion.
The owner stopped by our table asking how things were, which I thought was a nice touch. Seemed like a nice guy who is passionate about his job/restaurant.
I would recommend this restaurant. We will go again.
