I always love going to the Take Five off West Mason. They are genuine, do an amazing job and always teach me something new. I never feel silly or pressured which is amazing.
I took my new vehicle there and they filled me in on the state of the vehicle and what to look out for versus the older car I brought in earlier for its oil change as well

The staff were friendly and knew thier business. The oil change was efficient and everything they touched was double checked by another staff member. The old wipper blade that was swapped out was shown to me without asking to verify it was indeed torn.

If I could zero stars I most definitely would! Glad I chose not to get my oil changed there. The young lady was nice at first but just wanted to argue, even after I had my husband in the phone. I wanted her to explain to my husband why she would only offer me full synthetic 020. She only repeated it’s what’s recommended. However, it’s not what we’ve put in it before and she kept arguing we were wrong. I said just let me out of the bay. She has a nasty attitude and after reading other negative reviews it seems like she is the only one.
*called the service department at the dealership I had my oil changed at before. We were correct the oil I requested was what the manufacturer put in my car and that’s what was used on my previous oil changes!

I have been coming here for a while and had great service till now. I could not believe the lack of respect let alone give a dam. I was treated like scum. Nothing was even looked over tires filled, nothing. Wanted wipers but that was ignored. I’m still missing one wiper that flew off but yet on the sheet wipers were good. Not happy with my experience!!!

It was a VERY busy night. The line was long, terribly cold out and the guys working hard. By the time I got in the guys were probably exhausted with none stop working. Yet the guys were still professional and kind. Great job guys. Thanks for your hard work.
