Came in on Saturday morning for an oil change and can say I was very impressed with the 2 workers at the W Mason location. The service was quick, and they went above and beyond to help me get my socket off my lug nut that got stuck 10 mins prior to coming. (Took the nice guy 2 seconds which allowed me to go get my new tire put on right after). Forever thankful they took their time to save me a headache and time later ❤️

Very professional and friendly staff. Explained what they were doing, observations. Checked my Air filter. Offered free oil checks between oil changes. Replace worn washer on oil plug at no cost, and even gave me a bottle of water when I checked in. Service was fast. They also offer military veteran discounts. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism

I always love going to the Take Five off West Mason. They are genuine, do an amazing job and always teach me something new. I never feel silly or pressured which is amazing.
I took my new vehicle there and they filled me in on the state of the vehicle and what to look out for versus the older car I brought in earlier for its oil change as well

Amazing service at Take 5! The woman and young man who worked on my car were professional, friendly, and really took the time to make sure everything was done right. Fast, efficient, and a great experience overall. Highly recommend!

Adrian was amazing! He even helped me find a rat’s nest in my cabin air filter. He went above and beyond checking the engine air filter after I advised him I was noticing a smell coming from the vents when starting the vehicle.
Great service al the way around!
