Normally an oil change is not an emergency, but my skid plate fell off my car on a trip going down the expressway, and I thought since I needed an oil change Anyway, I would go there knowing they would have to put the skid plate back on when they were done. The manager Nathan also known as Opie Was just amazing. He acted like we were old friends and quickly figured out my mess and did the oil change and filter filters and helped me put this busted skid plate back in my trunk. Thanks for getting me back on the road guys. you really went above and beyond

They are great exactly for what they are. A quick oil change. They were very professional and courteous. Plus they gave a free bottle of water when I pulled up. May not seem like a big deal but it was an extremely hot day and it shows they appreciate your business. No pressure to upsell anything, gave me the options and let me decide. It was great service and very quickly done.

I’ve been going to the Take 5 on University Ave in Green Bay for over 2 years. Great service and professional, friendly staff every time. Today I went to get my oil changed, I got there about 15 min early and I was prepared to wait until 7AM when they opened but I was greeted with a smile and they serviced my car and I was out of there by 7AM! good start to my day!

Nathan and Chris are the best! No seriously, the way they've helped me out has been spectacular. They always give me good service are kind and courteous and go out of their way to make sure my time at Take 5 is a pleasant one. They've gone above and beyond to help me with my high mileage vehicle and I am very grateful! If you're not sure where to take your car for an oil change, don't hesitate! Very friendly staff.They made us feel comfortable throughout the whole oil change. It was a very fast and efficient process. They answered all questions we had. We will be back.
