Dawn is absolutely amazing! I was dealing with some awful acne at the age of 30 which I was very embarrassed of. Dawn helped me find confidence in my skin again! She helped me with a no nonsense skin care routine and altered my facial treatments to what my skin needed. Highly recommend!

I have recently experienced the most healing, relaxing, and focused, massage I have ever had; Simply Wonderful!!!! After my massage I enjoyed an Detox session in the Sauna. I left the Spa in the most peaceful, relaxed, and enhanced clarity of the mind. I am so pleased with my visit, and look forward to my next appointment. Not once did I ever feel rushed, or uncomfortable. Tranquility Spa's surrounding decor, combined with the charm of the original work work, down to the front door, and ornate door knob, makes a truly delightful, comforting, relaxing, atmosphere, creating a sense of like coming home. I am a happy return client, and it is truly wonderful to see how Tranquility Spa has grown over the years. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience, and how wonderful the staff is. Dawn you are an angel in the midst.

DO NOT GO. This place is a classic bait and switch. I can only speak for the massage/spa services, but the way the business is run is not up front. I went onto their website and saw they offered an "Athletic Renewal" which is advertised as "targets specific muscles that need releasing and re-balancing caused from athletic injuries or over-use" which was exactly what I needed. I call and ask for an appointment and they set me up for the next day. Great! I get there are wait 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and when I finally get into the room I'm told they don't have a licensed massage therapist so they can only offer me the "relaxation journey" which is basically body scrub and moisturizer (for $80!!!). They ask if I would like that instead of the athletic renewal I had called about. BAIT AND SWITCH. I said no and the manager comes out and says "oh, you got into the room and thought this was an athletic renewal? *laughs* No, we don't offer that yet. Sorry. Okay, bye." So rude, so dishonest. I would not recommend.

Kiara was great; my nails looked amazing and my message was very relaxing. I thought it was kind of silly to have your customers get dressed after the massage just to walk one room over and get undressed; kind of messes with the relaxing flow. And then while I was half naked in the sauna trying to relax one of the employees kept standing at the desk right outside the glass door playing on her phone and drinking water.

I was given a gift certificate for Tranquility Spa for an Anniversary gift this year. I have never really had any "spa" treatments. My first visit I was really nervous and did not know what to expect. Everyone there is wonderful and accommodating. They greet you as you enter the front door and immediately the offer you a beverage. There are so many services that they provide at this spa I couldn't possible list them all. I have had 4 different "special me times". Every time I was perfect.
