I was referred to Turf Pro. Called them and they were very courteous and low key. No high pressure sales.M et me on site and listened to my needs. Had a good discussion with recommendations from them. Went over some of their programs and decided to do business with them Clean and simple and they did what they presented to me. If I called with questions or concerns they took the time to talk to me. Could tell they have been around for awhile and knew what to do.

Turfpro did a wonderful job removing snow during the last crazy storm we had. They arrived in a timely manner and completed the services needed. We appreciate all they did for us even during this detrimental driving experience that we all faced. Thanks so much Jeff and Turfpro!

They ILLEGALLY plowed my vehicle in and wont even fix their problem!!!
They will not answer their phones or emails.
Just says we cant do that, when they made the problem!
Worst vendor ever for snow plowing, super unprofessional, doesn't know where and how to pile snow, and clearly dont know the legal laws of deliberately plowing in their customers, leaving them unsafe, and expecting their own customers to do THEIR JOB THEY ARE PAID TO DO!!!!!!
Clearly youre paying for half done work 100% of the time!!

Worst snow removal company we ever had at my apartment complex they left over half dozen handicapped people here snowed in, we couldn't even open a door. If it wasn't for good neighbors I probably would still be snowed in. They finally came on 4th day and shoveled one apartment that wasn't done. Our road was so bad you could hardly drive on it and they did nothing about it. They shouldn't get paid for doing nothing.

The latest blizzard we experienced was really challenging for all, and I want to thank Turf Pro for their quick and thorough snow removal despite the mountains of snow they had to deal with. I would recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone.
