Jenny is phenomenal. I explained my occasional adverse effects with needles. As a result, she took every precaution to make me as comfortable as possible. Her professionalism, knowledge, and bright personality made the appointment a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Jenny.

I had my first appointment with Jenny two weeks ago. It was the most painless Botox injection I’ve ever had. She is very knowledgeable and her technique is amazing. I showed up for my follow up needing a slight touch up and again, Quick easy and painless! Clean lovely space and she makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend Utopian Skin and can’t wait to try try her other services.

Jenny is an absolutely amazing person! She is incredibly smart and knowledgeable about what she does. She explains things so thoroughly and sets realistic expectations. I can appreciate that she didn't try to upsell me - in fact, she found ways to get my service discounted. Book with her, you will not be disappointed!

I had a wonderful consultation. Felt good about my decision to work with Utopian Skin and planned to book further services. However, during that consultation, they sold me a $120 face cream that I was supposed to use one pump/pea sized amount 2 times per week. One the third week of using this product, the pump stopped working. The cap doesn't come off, so I had no way to get the product out of the bottle without tools. When I reached out to Utopian Skin, they responded to my email saying there was nothing they would do about it. It is unprofessional and poor business practice
to not stand by the VERY expensive products you sell to your customers, especially after only 6 pumps of the product was used. After this experience, I no longer feel confident doing further business Utopian Skin. I'll seek a business that takes care of their customers.
