Quick and excellent service.
And especially the fellow on the loading dock who was kind enough to take the shipping materials off as there was some damage to it.
It didn’t appear to have damaged the machine itself however when we got it home this evening I did find a dent in the top corner on each side at the back of the unit.
I don’t believe they will be a problem but I should have looked more closely!!
I’ll know after I install it tomorrow.

Adam, and Rachael were great working with us on all the possible options and configurations for our new house. They are extremely knowledgeable and worked with us as we changed configurations until we finally settled on the CAFE line. And want to shout out Ian, we then went to pick out our new bed for the new house Ian knew so much about bed and all of the different types. Thanks to the team for helping us with our selections.

So helpful!!! Rachel and Michael were so knowledgeable . I called ahead and Rachel found out what i needed ( washer and dryer for a specific size) and took me right to the choices. Michael finished helping me and gave me great advice. The selection in the store was so large and prices were very very competitive. I will definitely be back!! Couldn’t recommend them more highly !

We moved to the Green Bay area about 2 years ago. We needed new kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, and some furniture. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars at their store. Their selection was good and their sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery and install was good also and prompt. However, their service after the sale is terrible. About 2 and a half weeks ago our dryer quit putting out heat (LG upright not even 2 years old yet). We paid $179.95 for an extended 5 year warrant. When I called the Green Bay store, I was told I had to call the Appleton center. Then when I called the Appleton center, they told me I had to call some place called EPIC. EPIC said the earliest they could have someone come out to service it would be in over two weeks. In the meantime we are going to the laundry mat to dry our clothes ( A real PITA). So when the guy did show up last Monday (01/26, today is Sat, 01/31) he said it was the thermostat and he didn't have one and would have to order it and when it comes in he'll get us back on the schedule. So now it is going on 3 weeks and Monday we'll have to run to the laundry mat again. Very Poor service!

Excellent service, as always. Van Vreede’s is my first stop (and usually my only stop) for appliances. Sales staff was very helpful in finding the right product with the right features. Their knowledge and experience goes much farther than reading online reviews. Very happy with choosing Van Vreede’s!
