Dr.Bird is tremendous. He explains everything so clearly and performs a very thorough exam. All questions and concerns were answered and I never felt like I was being rushed out of there. He spends time making sure you’re satisfied with the entire experience. Danielle is excellent too, always having a handle on insurance questions and making sure everything is correct. Always leave feeling very confident that my eyes are in a good state.

I went for an eye exam. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and concerns I had. I would highly recommend them. Dr.Bird and Jen L were absolutely amazing. It wasn’t stressful trying to pick out frames. Jen picked out a bunch of frames for me to try on. We narrowed it down to a couple pair. I would definitely go back.

First visit to Wisconsin Vision and we are very pleased! Dr. Bird was thorough and explained the exam very well. Jenn was a huge help in picking out frames and Danielle provided extra customer support!

Stopped here for a pair of new eyeglasses. They have a good selection of frames. With assistance from Jen, I was able to quickly narrow down to three options, then finalize the selection with input from my wife and the rest of the store staff (yes, we got everyone involved). Quickly processed my order and now am waiting on delivery. The staff were very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Had an exam, Dr Bird was great, explained everything well and set up my bifocals to work better for me. When I was done, Jen had picked out some frames similar to what I had and made it so easy for me. Great service and very personable staff. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
