I normally am pretty reserved when critiqueing a business I visit with regards to service but i guess i want to make anyone aware looking for a new gym to avoid Xperience Fitness. I have been extremely disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the facilities over the last couple of years. Equipment that breaks is often down for weeks if not months on end. The locker rooms have a taken a continual turn for the worse. The tile and grout is mildewy and moldy, several areas of the drywall are peeling bubbling and falling off. The areas around the sink has chunks of the wall missing from water the caulk is moldy, the toilets and urinals are not scrubbed often and I am there 7 days a week working out. The shower areas need to have the grout steamed and scrubbed and resealed as the grout has become black and gross. The picture attached is 3 folders with personal information of clients who personal train with private information left unattended for anybody to look at. I have been mentioning it to the staff at the club and corporate and was told by Adam a personal trainer there that I complain a lot and should go work out somewhere else. Blown away that a business would tell it's customers to take their business somewhere else when legitimate health concerns are brought over a very long period of time. Pretty disappointing that they address member concerns in such a manner. The only plus to the gym is location and hours during the week. Anybody looking to get a new membership for the new year resolutions I would avoid checking them out.

Xperience GB is a great gym! It is very spacious and has a really nice lifting area, machines, cardio equipment, and open room to do other workouts. It is by far the best gym in the area in my opinion. I am a college athlete and consistent lifter so I am pretty picky with what gym I workout at. All of the trainers are super friendly and helpful! I personally worked with Carter doing Q classes this summer and I always left knowing i got a great workout! I would recommend this gym to anyone!!!

I’ve been looking for a new gym and they advertise “Free 7-day Pass” which is what I wanted. I wanted to go try it out first and then eventually make my decision. But when I actually went to go, I was shown around. It’s a very nice gym & exactly what I’m looking for. But I did not like that I felt pressured to get a membership when all I wanted was to just take my 7 day pass & then make my decision on my own. Not the best first impression..

Well I am glad you asked. For starters, the machines are never deep cleaned by the staff, I can tell because there is always a build up of dust and dirt in the parts that are not wiped down by the gym goers. It also seems like there is no urgency to ever fix anything or replace items, there was a hole in the wall for around two months earlier this year that could have easily been taken care of in a day or two, and do not get me started on the missing pair of 60 lb dumbbells. Also, it seems like the gym staff will allow their friends to do what they want, for example two Fridays ago ( around 7 PM) a gym goer brought in food and was eating it on the workout floor and even gave some of it to one of the employees, it was only after the second employee came around that he finally threw it away.
The gym could be so much better than what it is, but there seems to be no accountability by management or the employees to go above and beyond to make it an ideal place to workout at, instead they clean the same spots over and over, and do nothing to improve anything.

I joined recently and really like the facility. It is big and has all kinds of equipment that anyone would need. It’s typically very busy when I go, but always seems to be enough equipment to get my workout in. The staff is friendly and helpful and the price is right. The only concern I have to this point is that I’ve never seen any staff cleaning and some areas are dirty. Sure wish there was more time spent on keeping it clean especially this time of year. However, I can look beyond it for what I’m paying and the options available.
